All about the feels
Feels Pilates is a concept developed by founders Sam and Lauren offering dynamic reformer Pilates classes with a focus on form. Our inclusive studios, located in Narrabeen, Avalon & Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, are for everyone – we welcome clients of all levels of experience.
All of our studios offer multiple daily Beginner Feels, All the Feels and Circuit Feels (HIIT Pilates) classes, with Strength Feels and Stretchy Feels classes each week. We will be opening our 4th studio in Cromer in July 2024!
Your Pilates journey may just be beginning or perhaps you’ve reached an advanced level and are looking for a studio to physically and mentally challenge you? You might be suffering from chronic pain, rehabilitating an injury, have just had a baby or have one on the way? Whatever your ability or condition, our trainers can tailor any Feels Pilates class to have you moving your body with confidence to achieve your goals.
NOT JUST PILATES
We at Feels Pilates are passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of our clients through treatments that supplement the benefits of Pilates. Our Avalon & Narrabeen studios house a state-of-the-art Sunlighten™ Infrared Sauna that is available for Feels Pilates clients to book through the App, as well as a shower at Avalon if you need to be somewhere after your 50 minutes of bliss.
